Sewing workshop

In the UK an estimated 13 million items end up in landfill each week. That’s a staggering figure and just one example of the impact the fashion industry has on our planet.

We are all guilty of buying mass-produced items at some time or another, and sometimes it is necessary. Altering our habits to look after what we already own is one way we can take action,

That’s why we carefully handpick vintage textiles that are durable, washable (and of course, beautiful) for our garments.

Re-Bourne Workshops

We run sewing workshops throughout the year to encourage and support people to repair, reinvent and re-wear the clothes in their wardrobes.

We demonstrate a range of techniques such as darning, appliqué and upcycling ideas and offer general repair and alteration advice.

I’m thrilled to be running the workshops along side Sustainable Fashion Week this year;

The Workshops take palce in wonderful settings so you can indulge in your love if fashion, art and learning whilst doing something positive for the planet.
