Shipping and Returns

Please allow up to five working days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped, although this is usually much sooner. We are a small business, but rest assured, your new treasure will arrive with you as soon as possible. Postage costs will be calculated at checkout and all UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked. The cost calculated at checkout includes the cost of shipping and packaging.

We are not liable for any customs, tax or import fees you may receive when buying from us. If you have any queries regarding shipping, contact us on info@laurabasevi.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are not liable for items once they have been dispatched, although if you do encounter problems please do not hesitate to contact us on info@laurabasevi.co.uk.

Please note our garments are made using only vintage and reclaimed fabrics, there may be signs of a previous life, we feel this adds to their charm. However should you feel unhappy with your purchase we will offer a refund for garments returned within 14 days. To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Ensure you check the measurements carefully on the product description as returns for sizing are troublesome for a small business. We aim to offer detailed descriptions with accurate measurements to make sure you are getting the best service possible. If under the circumstance a return is agreed between us and the customer, return postage must be paid for by the customer and the original postage cost will not be refunded. You will receive a credit voucher only for the value of your product minus shipping if a return is agreed.

Our Policy is offered as an addition to your statutory rights, and does not affect these.
